"School is a building which has four walls with tomorrow inside. “As rightly quoted by Lon Watters. We can proudly say that our institution has imparted quality education and strong values for more than six decades and will continue to send out thousands of bright, imaginative, creative, well informed and progressive minded leaders of tomorrow with a legacy of character and faith. To acknowledge the bounteous love with which students have crowned the academic year for this renowned institution, we prepared this "Thanks giving" gathering for class with the traditional welcoming process, we reflected on the cherished moments of students by displaying their class photos from kindergarten to class Xth thanking the almighty who has guided our students to sail smoothly with cherished memories from past to present. The school shield was placed in front of the students, with the flower Lily which symbolizes the purity of St. Joseph’s. 20 students were invited to put the significant alphabets of our school motto "VIRTUE ALONE ENNOBLES" and place them alphabetically as each letter signifying a quality, was read out. Just as a star is a beacon of hope in the universe, so also is a child a radiant star in this divine institution. As the stars are unique, so are our dear students. Hence each student was handed over a star to pin up on the shield. Students were given scrolls, where a message was written and read out by principal Sr.Navya. With lots of love and blessings from the administration and staff they savored snacks in the basement. We hope this thanks giving gathering will be evergreen in their mind as a mile stone.
